This website is operated by RYLAPAY LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17300144. RylaPay is not a bank and is not currently offering a live money-transfer service through this website.

Pre-launch status

Product screens, conversations, amounts, rates, recipient names, timings, controls, and status labels shown on this website are illustrative unless explicitly identified as a published API rate. They do not constitute a financial promotion, an exchange-rate quote, or an offer to execute a transfer.

A place on the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, a particular channel, corridor, provider, price, limit, or feature.

Waitlist use

• Submit only an email address you control.
• Do not submit transfer details, bank credentials, identity documents, or sensitive financial information.
• You can leave the waitlist by emailing contact@rylapay.com.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, submit automated or abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful activity. We may restrict access needed to protect the website or other visitors.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the preview accurate, but the product and launch plan can change. The site may be unavailable or contain errors. Any displayed API rate is informational and can become stale; only a future in-product quote, under final service terms, could be relied on for a transfer.

External services and links

The waitlist uses a hosted form provider (Formspree) where one is configured, and the website may link to third-party sites. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. A link does not mean a provider has been selected for the future transfer service.

Intellectual property

The RylaPay name, brand, product preview, copy, and site code are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the site for personal information but may not misrepresent, resell, or reproduce the brand or preview without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Because this is a free pre-launch information site, we are not responsible for a decision to send money, rely on an illustrative figure, or treat the preview as an available financial service.

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions can be sent to contact@rylapay.com. Final transfer-service terms will be published and legally reviewed before customer transfers are accepted.
