Privacy Notice

Last updated 13 July 2026

This draft covers the public RylaPay website, waitlist, and direct enquiries. The money-transfer service is not live, so this site does not create customer accounts or collect transfer instructions.

Who we are

RYLAPAY LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 17300144. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@rylapay.com. Our registered-office and data-protection registration details will be added after the remaining pre-launch checks are complete.

What this website collects

  • Waitlist data: the email address you submit, plus request metadata processed by the form provider to deliver and protect the submission.
  • Enquiry data: your email address and anything you choose to include when contacting us.
  • Technical data: limited request and security logs processed by the hosting and form providers.

The landing code does not include analytics or advertising trackers. This website never asks for an online-banking password, identity document, recipient account details, or transfer instruction. Do not send that information through the waitlist or contact email.

How and why we use it

  • To record your waitlist request and send relevant product or launch updates.
  • To answer an enquiry you send us.
  • To secure, troubleshoot, and operate the website and form.
  • To meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

We rely on your consent for optional waitlist updates and on our legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and protecting the website. You can withdraw from the waitlist at any time by emailing us.

Service providers

The static website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. When a hosted waitlist endpoint is configured for this deployment, submissions are sent directly to that provider — currently Formspree where it is enabled; otherwise the form hands you to your own email app and your address reaches only us. Our email provider processes messages sent to us. These providers receive only the data needed to perform their role, and we publish the current arrangement on request. We do not sell personal data.

International processing

A provider may process data outside the United Kingdom. The final notice will document provider locations and the safeguards that apply before the transfer service opens. You can ask us for the current provider details.

Retention

We keep a waitlist email until you ask us to remove it or the waitlist communication has ended, subject to any record we must retain for legal claims. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer and manage them. Hosting and form security logs follow the relevant provider retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive your personal data, or object to its use. Email contact@rylapay.comto make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or another competent data-protection authority.

Before the transfer service launches

A final service privacy notice will describe identity checks, transaction records, messaging data, financial providers, legal bases, retention, and international transfers before RylaPay accepts any customer transfer.
